Shipping Process
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Shipping Days: We ship orders every Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas. Order before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹500. A flat rate of ₹50 will be charged on orders below ₹500.
- Express Shipping: ₹100 flat rate.
- Same-Day Delivery: ₹150 flat rate (available in select locations only).
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.
International Shipping
- Currently, Humari Dawai only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, Humari Dawai is not responsible for the delay or loss of the package.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service team at iartechcore@gmail.com for assistance.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed.
